Hi!
Thanks for checking out the Classic Rock 100.1 website! My name is Karen Williams and I am on the air weekdays from 2 until 6 pm.
I was born in Aurora, Illinois a long, long time ago! We moved to Sparta when I was in 4th grade, and that's where I still call home. I have 3 sisters; Kelly, Kathy and Kris. (I guess my mom and dad had a thing for K's back in the day.)
I consider myself very lucky that I've always know what I want to be when I grow up...a radio disc jockey! Now I just need to grow up!
My husband Scott and I have been married for 20 years and we have 2 sons; Dylan is 19 and Daniel is 12. Our dog George Harrison and cat McCartney round out the household. (yes, I'm a Beatles fan!)
I am so lucky to be working at my dream job! Most days it doesn't even feel like work...how cool is that??!! I work with a wonderful cast of characters here at the La Crosse Radio Group and we spend a LOT of time laughing at and with each other.
Life is good.
