The Central Dispatch: 7-30-18

It’s been awhile since we last spoke and a heck of a lot has happened. Over the Four games we missed, The Brewers went 3 and 1, the Cubs went 2 and 2. By my math, that means the Brewers gained a game and now sit a game and a half behind Chicago. The Twins went 1 and 3 and are now 9 full games behind Cleveland. The Trade Deadline is tomorrow at 3pm our time and the Brewers may already have won the market. They added slugging Third baseman Mike Moustakis from the Royals and Middle Reliever Joakim Soria from the White Sox. The Cubs added Starting Pitcher Cole Hammels from the Rangers and the Twins…were sellers…losing Eduardo Escobar to Arizona and Ryan Pressley to Houston. Sorry Twins fans. It’s been a rough year and it just gets worse. That is your jam packed Central Dispatch on Classic Rock 100.1
